I don’t have any software installed which plays it when its time to pray, so although I was enjoying it I was confused as to where it was coming from! I flicked through...

Please, if anybody had any ideas on how I could do this then they would be greatly appreciated! At the moment I am trying to drip-feed the idea.

I was waiting for the boys to finish their Jummah prayer outside the prayer room, so that I could use the room after them. I paused the podcast that I was listening to on my iPod and realised I could hear the sound of one of them leading the prayer and reciting the Koran. That’s the first time I’ve heard that in person. It was such a beautiful, heart-warming sound, mashAllah.

Anonymous asked: <p>@ Anon.I am not a cruel or hard mouthed person, but really- shut the hell up. I met my Husband online. So if you can sit there and say to Alheli that you can’t miss someone you’ve never met in person, you speak as a fool. I can assure you that every time I broke down before my husband and I married and were together in person and every tear that Alheli cries now is NOT...

Alhamdolellah I can really relate to this girl's...
“My parents always thought I was abnormal, even before I became a Muslim. In my early teens, they’d find me watching TV on a Friday night and say, ‘What are you doing at home? Haven’t you got any friends to go out with?’ The truth was: I didn’t like alcohol, I’ve never tried smoking and I wasn’t interested in boys. You’d think they’d have been pleased.
I’ve always been quite a spiritual person,...

The man
There is an elderly man who lives in my village; he normally dresses smartly, in a tweed suit and a hat. His mobility is restricted, he walks with a stick, maybe two but he stills manages to get out and about, I am always impressed by that. I normally see him is on the bus and it makes me smile when I do. I know little about this man, who he is or what he’s like but he has a kind face! Today I saw...
